c. Camera and Media Access

03 User-Generated Content and Data Rights
The Services allow you to submit videos and other content ("Submitted Content").
By submitting content through the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your Submitted Content may be reviewed by Northstar and its systems
- Your Submitted Content may be used to develop, train, test, and improve machine learning models, robotics systems, and related technologies
- Your Submitted Content may be shared with partners, customers, or clients in connection with Northstar's services
To enable these uses, you grant Northstar a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and create derivative works from your Submitted Content for the purposes described above.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.
04 How We Share Information
We may share information:
- With service providers (cloud storage, analytics, payment processors)
- With business partners, customers, or clients using our data services
- In connection with legal obligations or law enforcement requests
- To protect the safety, rights, or property of Northstar or others
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale
We do not sell personal information as defined under applicable law.
05 Data Retention and Security
We retain information:
- As long as your account is active
- As necessary to provide Services
- As required for legal, operational, or business purposes
Submitted Content may be retained even after account deletion where necessary for ongoing business or research uses.

Children's Privacy
The Services are not intended for individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
